3 sets of 6 reps takuto@275 won@335
3 sets of 4 reps takuto@280 won@355

10 set burn out. (Begin with the bar and a 5lb. Do 10 reps. Add 10 pounds and do 10 reps. Add 10 pounds and do 10 reps. Past 135lb, add 10 pounds, and then subsequently add 15 so you can use the 25 pound plate. Keep going until you fail. I stopped at 225, Won at 245)

Deadlifts
5 reps at 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 275, 295, 315, 335, 375, 395, 405.

5 sets of superset of leg extension and leg 15 12 12 10 10 reps.

Calf raises. (40 minutes)
